Each of the top four TPG&#039;s have grading standards and each are prone to making mistakes from time to time. We are not perfect and neither are they. And we are not all going to have the same experience with customer service at the TPG&#039;s, in a grocery store or a big box chain store. If you think you were slighted on a grade then it is your choice to send in to another company to have re-graded. Bashing any one of them, instead of just telling your story does not help in any way.
