I too can't wait to see it. :kewl:

I've picked up a dozen or so nice Connecticut Cents in the past couple of weeks, a pretty 1817 New York Theatre Token, a few 17th century English Trade Tokens, a couple of large cents and a few other nick-knacks. :goofer:

    Ribbit :)

Submitted this with a batch of other coins. Very happy with these results. A Snow 4 RPD is fairly rare according to Rick Snow's book so I was very happy with this find.

Don't know what kind of coin that is, but the toning and strike/color is incredible

1916 Matte Proof Lincoln PCGS PF65 BN

I bought this beauty at Central States and am looking forward to showing it off in Long Beach. It's a 1916 Matte Proof Lincoln PCGS PF65 BN, with a mintage of only 600. It's the first 1916 I've had.

Did they grade it MS-65 or PF-65?

I keep doing that, even on my own price list! Thank you, I stand corrected!

Oh, and I certainly couldn't leave out commenting on this great overdate Indian cent! I really like these, and the overdate is very bold - nice coin Boss!

I scored a few Hard Times Tokens in the EAC Convention auction staged by Chris McCawley and Bob Grellman. Nuthin' fancy - but interesting.

Yes, I'd been saving for this baby...
I am not going to give price or grade just yet, I have another thread going to see what others think, because I think it is undergraded...

Well, now that you ask, here are a couple that I just got photos of! The first one is 1899 NGC MS66* BN and the 2 cent piece is 1872 NGC PF66 RB.

Actually the photos of the 2 cent proof do not do the coin justice - it has violet magenta toning with blast bright mirrors that I understand are very hard to pick up in photographs. It is one of those pieces you look at and say WOW! But so is the 1899......
