Any Vandalic-Era Specialists Out There?

This coin has been bedeviling me for quite a while now:

Size is 10.3 mm, weight is 1.3 g. I can't make out any letters in on the obverse, but they appear pretty large relative to the bust, so I assume that it would be a short inscription, consistent with Leo or an abbreviated Valentinian III.

The last letter of the reverse inscription is clearly a G. I can't tell whether the preceding letter is a G or a V. The mint mark looks like D N, but R N is also possible.

I've been going with the assumption that the reverse is Victory, but perhaps it's just an emperor standing, facing left?

Normally I would give up on attributing this coin and call it a Vandalic-era imitation, but it seems like the epsilon in the left field should help narrow it down. It hasn't. I can't find anything with like it in RIC IX or X, nor in Wroth, Vandals. Anyone have any thoughts about this? Are there any good references for coins of this type?
