I got two dollar bills in change, one is F 59972913 L the other F 59972914 L. They also both look like some of the ink bled through to the other side and are CU. Do these have any value besides $2 ?
The serial numbers alone do not warrant any added value. If you could provide photos or scans to give us a better idea of the "ink bleed", along with the year/series of the notes, this would help us evaluate your Atlanta District notes.
