It's always a different seller, usually one that's been inactive for a few years, and usually outside the US. It's always a big pile of Morgan or Peace dollars, usually at about 1/10 the going rate. And it's always copied from a legitimate listing (in this case, <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/100-PEACE-SILVER-DOLLARS-FIVE-ROLLS-90-SILVER-/360338162056#ht_1146wt_734" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://cgi.ebay.com/100-PEACE-SILVER-DOLLARS-FIVE-ROLLS-90-SILVER-/360338162056#ht_1146wt_734" rel="nofollow">this one</a>) by a legitimate seller, although they copy from different sellers each time.</p><p><br /></p><p>I've reported a few of these as violations because they copy another seller's listing, and I actually got a personalized reply once stating that they'd looked at the auction and that, since I wasn't the seller whose content was copied, they couldn't do anything about it!</p><p><br /></p><p>These are obviously fraudulent listings, but I can't find a path through eBay's complaint categories to report them effectively.
