Hey, FastEddie , no insult or disrespect intended. I understand where you're coming from. My enjoyment comes from collecting the coins. When those coins have a high market value, the assurance of a TPG becomes necessary as a risk management tool. Though I also enjoy the protection and presentation that the slabs offer. Though I've made a few blunders with over-graded coins, I ultimately think that honing my own grading skills will positively effect the outcome when time comes to part with them. Knowledge is power, and acquiring tht knowledge is an important and fun part of the hobby for me. There's a LOT of over-graded material out there, don't want it to affect me if I can help it.
