One of my vendors in Mexico gave me this when I visited them a couple of months ago. Does anyone know anything about this, does it contain any precious metals, is this a mint made product or a private mint? Any info would be appreciated.

It says "Chichen Itza, Marvel of the World, Yucatan, Mexico. It does seem to have the official Mexican mintmark but it isn't a coin. It's neat. I wonder if they were sold near the pyramid?
