:hail::hail:Hi Im new to this Site and Have a 1974 PCGS 69 DC Kennedy Proof that has a slight rotated die probably 15 to 20 degrees. I was wondering if anyone out there knows what the value might be and if i paid extra would pcgs note the slight rotation on the slab. any Info would be of great help and i thank you for your time.
