The little ones are Indian, not sure what part. Or maybe Maldive?

The medium size are almost certainly Rupees but not sure which princely state.

And finally, the last one is possibly Persian, maybe India, really don't have a clue. Old 2x2 says AH93x.

Thanks for any advice(!) img005-page-0.jpg img006-page-0.jpg

The little ones are silver dammas from Sindh. They date from about the time when the transition from hindu to muslim rule took place (700-750 AD). On the side with the three dots you can sometimes recognise early nagari letters. These are supposed to spell "Sri Parakuta". The other side shows a very stylized bust facing right. On later issues there are clear arabic characters below the dots and the face becomes irrecognizable.
The middle ones look like copper ? and not like a rupee. no immediate recognition.
The last is most likely a tanka of the sultans of Bengal. So i'd look first for the sultan who ruled around AH930 there.

Thanks much. I thought Tanka as well on that last one, but couldn't find a photo in Krause that really matched, a few stylistically similar but no dead-ringer.
