Any idea on this AE4 eagle rev?

    Hello, coin is 1 gr, diameter is 10.5 mm. I believe an eagle is apparent, and a head with a diadem/headband strings behind it show on obverse. At first I thought perhaps Ptolemaic Egypt, but i saw some Herod coins with similar bird on coin, but no head on obverse.     Looks like Ptolemaic eagle style but hard to say in that condition.

    yeah, agreed. I’ll have to check that area’s small coinage. I think they had some small ones with zeus or a Ptolemy bverse

    If it's Ptolemaic, it's one of the later issues, since it doesn't have a central dimple. You might check this site:
