A friend of mine posted these photos on Facebook in the hopes someone would know what they are. I did a Google image search to no avail, and Numista didn't seem to find anything either, when I searched both for "ABI 2 1/2" and "B." Anyone ever see a coin/token like this? Thanks for any help.
Numerous tokens, for all types of applications have been issued over the years and unless they have some info that can link them with a merchant/location, they are incredibly difficult to ID. I think there's a very high chance that this will remain anonymous. Don't get your hopes up, but who knows. My very uneducated guess based on the style is that it was made sometime in the first half of the twentieth century, but I'm not going to be upset if somebody doesn't agree
Thanks for your input. I realize there wasn't much specific info on the token to help ID it, but if there was a place to ask, I know cointalk was it.
