Antique store coin prices

I actually live 6 miles from the antiques capitol of the Berkshires in Ma. Early on when I was interested in antiques, I frequented many of these dealers. But they were all a very tight knit group and really did not want to deal with locals. Their preference was and has always been to cater to the city folks who come here to vacation. On the other hand, in N.H. I have met some of the nicest people in similar shops and always willing to dicker with me. It's always an enjoyable experience up there.
