    That camera is easily capable of taking the pics. Use a table, side of a dresser, etc. to hold it still.

    Try turning up the resolution, have it take 2 or 3mb files. That should give you enough resolution so that we can see the detail

    thanks guys ill keep trying but rlm's cents as for your picture my coin is not doubled as much on the letters but the numbers 1958 has a stronger doubling,will have more pics soon.

    It's honestly probably machine doubling. That is caused by a completely different thing but it makes a doubling appearance. Again, once you get the pics up we'll know for sure.

    Unfortunately, machine doubling really adds no value to the coin. :(
