Which they do, but it just gets reloaded back on their truck again the next day because everyone&#039;s not going the extra mile and following the &quot;no extra time&quot; rules.</p><p><br /></p><p>I&#039;m in florida, my postal carrier showed me a bundle of mail that supposed to go to New York and they keep sticking it on her truck for her delivery route day after day.</p><p><br /></p><p>The truth is, if it got hung up in a warehouse it&#039;s going to be there a long time they would need to hire additional workers to clear backlogs, the regular workers are handling the current operations. </p><p>But the practice is to keep it moving, even if it&#039;s moving in the wrong direction because at least it&#039;s not backing up and has a shot at being delivered to the correct recipient.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
