Another surprise Coin Roll Hunting this morning....

Picked up 10 rolls of quarters from the bank yesterday. In the last two rolls had another surprise. A nice 2019W River of No Return and in the last roll, my first 2021 coin. A nice 2021D Tuskegee Airman quarter. I know they have been released and the Mint has acknowledged my order for them, I didn't think they would show up in a Loomis roll all ready.

I got a 2021 dated dime about the 20th of January, the earliest I had seen a new years coin other than a cent. Mint must be cranking them out in an attempt to alleviate last summer's coin hortage.

 

Cant wait for my Tuskeegee Airmen quarter. I admire those men.

I have actually met Alexander Jefferson https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Jefferson, he was doing airshows pre-Covid. He is now 99 years young. Remarkable guy.

 

I want 1 of those.
