First, before asking here, several searches didn't produce the info I need.

Second, I know the 2013 series is a looooooong way from demanding a premium over face value. But, today at the bank, I received 3 crisp five dollar bills and 5 crisp one dollar bills. The 5s are three bills in order, and the singles are five bills in order.

Are they worth putting in with my coins and saving for my son/grandkids?

My guess is probably not, since as collecting became more sophisticated, it's more and more common for people to hold back these types of things. Particularly dealers who look for a way to hook people.

    Thanks you,

    G

Seems worth keeping as novelties unless you need to spend them. But I doubt they are ever likely to be worth anything. In fact, if you spend them now on something which will store (such as coffee, TP, etc.) they are probably worth more now than in the future,
