CRAVAT EMPTOR There are two different sellers selling the SNGA coins. Both in Alabama and the same city. Both have very similar auction descriptions and terms. Nextly, ONLY ONE of the sellers makes the SNGA guarantee claim. Trademark Jewelry & Coins Inc. PO Box 867, Calera, AL 35040 SNGA's BUY BACK PLAN SNGA has implemented a Buy-Back Plan to guarantee that people will be satisfied whenever they buy one of their slabbed coins or notes. Their plan calls for refunding all that you've paid for any SNGA Certified coin or note that you feel is over-graded. We would be glad to share the details of this plan if you contact us. 1) Any item we sell may be returned for a refund. No reason is needed. 2) Any coin or note removed from its orignal holder is not returnable for refund - FOR ANY REASON. 3) The item being returned must be in our possession by the 10th day following the end of the auction or there will be ... NO REFUND. NOTE: This is NOT 10 Days after you receive it ... so pay quickly so you will have time to examine the merchandise before the time runs out! Please ask any question you may have prior to bidding, because ... We Charge a 15% Restocking Fee on All Returns ... No Matter What Reason You Have For The Return! Seller's return policy: Item must be returned within: 7 Days Refund will be given as: Money Back Return Policy Details: 1) You may return any item within 10 days from the end of the auction. No reason is required. 2) Any coin, or currency, that is removed from it's original holder is not returnable - FOR ANY REASON. 3) The coin/note must be in our possession by the 10th day following the end of the auction or there will be NO REFUND. Please ask any question you may have prior to bidding, because We Charge a 15% Restocking Fee on All Returns, No Matter What Reason You Have For The Return! No refunds on s/h or ins. Now really read the Blue Creek Coins, PO BOX 778, Calera, AL 35040 descriptions fully. They make this statement in their return policy regarding grading... Seller's return policy: Item must be returned within: 7 Days Refund will be given as: Merchandise Credit Return Policy Details: Any coin, or currency, that is removed from it's original holder is not returnable - FOR ANY REASON. We base our suggested grades on more than 50 years of experience. You may return a coin or note within 10 days from the end of the auction with no reason needed. The coin/note must be in our possession by the 10th day following the end of the auction or there will be NO REFUND. READ THIS!!! 3) The item being returned must be in our possession by the 10th day following the end of the auction or there will be ... NO REFUND. NOTE: This is NOT 10 Days after you receive it ... so pay quickly so you will have time to examine the merchandise before the time runs out! If the auction ends and they take 7 days to mail it to you then your out of luck on any returns. Also, I note that several of the auctions are ending on a Friday evening or Saturday evenings some ending today on Sunday. It's not too likely that these auctions will be mailed out same day. Most likely the following Tuesday. Might take 3 or 4 days for it it arrive to you and if it's on a Saturday when you receive it how many days will it be when they receive it if you mailed it back the following Monday before they receive it.... REMEMBER it must be back in their hand by the 10th day following the auction!!! I do believe if you've paid with PayPay pay they cannot demand a merchandise credit only refund. NOW I ask, who is SNGA? Tradewinds states... WATCH FOR THE YELLOW SUN THE SYMBOL of SOUTHERN NUMISMATIC GRADING The word for the "A" is missing here. I'll bet that YELLOW SUN is the yellow area covering the Coin World logo! :p Can you submit your coins for grading? There is no website for SNGA that I can find. Referring back to Tradewinds' SNGA grading guaranty, they word it such as though they are NOT related... SNGA has implemented a Buy-Back Plan to guarantee that people will be satisfied whenever they buy one of their slabbed coins or notes. This also implies that the guarantee is transferrable by the use of the words "whenever they buy". This is very poor wording by the seller making an implication of guarantee from someone else! So again I ask WHO is SNGA? How do you contact them? I'll bet that the OVERGRADING guarantee is the same as RETURN guarantee to Tradewinds. You've got 10 days from the END OF THE AUCTION to return the overgraded item. Again..... CRAVAT EMPTOR
