    If this was a strike thru. Wouldn't there be evidence in the incuse details? Numbers?

    The area in question looks incused into the field to me.
    Remember that on these quarters the numbers are incused.

    I here ya. It is just if a piece of debri was on the die or fell onto the planchet before strike. It should be evident in the numbers details.
