    Nope!

    Front has: 10x spelled out (one)
    7x numerals (not counting the 2 1's in the SN's)

    Back has: 6x spelled out
    6x numerals

    29 total (I missed one on my previous post.)

    OK, technically, you're correct if you count the fist digits of '1934' - anyway, that's a whole lot more than the current design o_O
