Another mystery coin that I need help in identifying

    Well here's another old copper coin that I've been trying to figure out but with no luck at all. it's 21mm in diameter at the widest point. I keep thinking it's double struck or struck over something else or counter struck, but who knows? Anyway here's a project for all you coin detectives. Have fun. Mike

    Russian copper Polushka, which is a 1/4 kopeck. From year 173something. It seems there is a mint error, which is not a very rare thing with coins from this period. Obverse-reverse second strike in collar? Not sure how it is called, not an error fan.
