Quattrino was made in 1610, 1620, 1630 and 1640, so could possibly be any of those. 0.53 g, ~15 mm (irregular). <a href="http://www.rhinocoins.com/ITALY/TOSC2/LUCCA3.HTML" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://www.rhinocoins.com/ITALY/TOSC2/LUCCA3.HTML" rel="nofollow">Looks like</a> this design was also made in the 1500s going back to ~1543.
