Another Milestone Achieved

    I just received a 1939-S Arkansas Centennial Early Commemorative.
    Nothing spectacular to most people.
    It's an NGC MS-64.
    But for me it completes the set of Arkansas Centennial early commemoratives.
    And MS-64 is plenty good enough since Early Commems are a secondary set for me.
    That set is 15 coins in size.
