Bing, how big a challenge with it be to fill the last three holes? Are these last coins ever available for a mortal to aquire?

Yes, I have seen them. The Legio XVII Classicae will be the easiest of the three. The other two will be expensive, but they are available from time to time. I just have to be vigilant and patient.
