another lower serial # $1 bill today

    Horrah, I found another note under 5000 today and its in decent enough condition to keep. My folder is slowly building with decent notes :D 2013low.jpg

    So far the lowest I have found is 999 on a 50 note but it was in such poor condition that even though it was a binary and low number it wasn't worth saving.
