Many thanks. I wasn't sure about the portrait as I haven't seen too many Commodus coins.

Those bearded guys all sort of blend in together. But I’m pretty sure you got it right

Just realized unfortunately the attribution is incorrect. It cannot be 521, the reverse is different. Position of the legs is not similar at all, also cornucopiae in left hand for the 521 coin, not on mine.

Okay, I'm going to take a whack at this one...

The general look says "provincial" to me. So going with that, here is my line of thinking (using RPC searches):

Obverse portrait does resemble Commodus, but his dad Marcus Aurelius is a possibility too. Or even Lucius Verus.

The reverse deity is on a backless seat - curule maybe. No scepter and no cornucopiae. Leaning slightly forward. When doing a search on RPC, Cybele kept coming up - seated on a backless chair. Cybele is leaning her elbow on a tympanum, typically, which may be what is going on with the OP.

I searched RPC and found a couple that suggest the OP - but no exact matches. Establishing who that deity (or person) is on the reverse would be a big help - these have the backless seat, no cornucopiae, holding something in hand:

Here are some acsearch hits along the same lines:

If further inspiration strikes, I'll let you know!

Thank you very much for your time, I'm also going on the provincial route, even if the rest of 12 coins from that lot were all RIC.

On a very brief glance, it looks like Pius to me.

Perhaps Cybele seated holding a patera on reverse?
