Another evasive / possibly deceptive seller

I'm pretty sure that even the most rabid libertarian/radical-capitalist thinkers agree that "force and fraud" are big no-nos, and even justify (gasp) collective effort to combat and remedy them.

However, I agree that today's institutions aren't going to do squat against cases like this.

I have had many dealings with the SS on paper money. They take the time to check it out. I don't think they care about silver and copper. Maybe gold is different. I don't know.
