The collector did not die "Years ago", it says he died in 2009. Could he have labeled the coins? Maybe, or as I suggested the seller may have reholdered them. You do say the writing on the holders matches that on the shipping box so that is a possibility.</p><p><br /></p><p>The only real claims he makes is that there will be at least two silver coins (True because there are two in the pictures), that there are at least 24 or 25 coins from the 1800's (True, you said there were 26), one of the silver coins was an 1879 (True, it's in the pictures), and that that coin is choice BU (Now here you have something because from the picture it obviously isn't). He says it has a choice BU 1932 Peso (It has the peso, but it isn't BU). Has Swiss coins from the late 1800's (True, at least one in the picture.), Has a Spanish coin from 1877 (True, in pictures but they don't "look new"). Then you have where he says "I have seen those before and I know they go for $30 to $40 each." That MAY be true but only in a sale to someone who doesn't know what he is buying.</p><p><br /></p><p>Overall I'm sorry to say you don't have much of a case. You were a victim of a carefully worded sale and your own greed hoping to get something for nothing.
