This seller is truly out of his mind to try to sell this crap as Mexican Reales, this seller must have some drugs he's on or just plain out of it! There's so many fake sellers on ebay now it's ridiculous! Around a week ago I posted a seller selling Gold Indian quarter eagles here and it turned out there was at least 10 of them selling fakes, their ads are so obvious, the coins look off but also they list them below melt price and they always have 10 or more to sell, I'm tired of reporting these idiots! Those are supposed to be coins? "Heavily chopmarked"? Well, I'll say! They look more moth-eaten, with those giant, ragged holes in them.
Yes all look fake to me! I've come across Mexican fakes at a flea market and they all look like his except the ones I linked! Never have I come across anything that looks that pathetic! Oh and his slabbed coins look fake to me as well, I don't know for sure but I wouldn't buy them!
Seller has a ton of reales for sale and almost all are chopmarked. Why all the holes drilled in them? Weird thing to do to counterfeits considering the labor involved. I’m not saying they aren’t fake.
I laugh at what some people try to peddle on ebay these days. So much garbage that should just be melted. Even some 1700s coins that are so bad you have to squint to make out a design and are extemely beat up. At some point let it go.
