Same, I've reported a few dozen minimum and that was exactly the case every single time. I've stopped bothering with it and only buy from within the US unless it's a highly reputable seller (and even then, I'm more careful now because of the "Sight-Unseen" listings like the Peace Dollars I finally got my refund for.) At this point: seems like all the responsibility falls upon the buyer to do their own due diligence.
I've reported dozens of fakes and eBay ignores my messages now. This country has gone down the tubes, IMO. Money and lying is more important than honesty, integrity, and consideration for others.
Well at least this fellow is up front. Wow. These were taken from my dad's estate after he passed. I was told they are fakes, as genuine 5flZQ morgans weigh 26g. These weigh 18g. Total lot is 21 coins. What you see is what you get. I don't claim to know the value of these, nor do I certify them. I am told that collectors still value them, but not as much as the originals. Thank you for looking. https://www.ebay.com/itm/187277229033?_skw=morgan+dollar&itmmeta=01JWMQYZ61Y63XYXSVWRST8ZXD&hash=item2b9a97bbe9:g:tp8AAOSwa69oO74W&itmprp=enc:AQAKAAAA0FkggFvd1GGDu0w3yXCmi1cWVn1qZVqILTB5dsr43q5H0Kf6/EBPkgt8MWTyaRWxjcH7DMxg1dZHGvD848q0cilC3JHiavppvBDujRbD8jN0xbZgUYAoXuLd7eQ8RhfSIQdqi4y7I6ghuolZY0hrNMtrjKiUpHYm7wDC/bf1NDIlBj5LJHWNoDOexGWz8737fMYOmLvvfRMzcQS2AlqRIRg38/MThceqHWmALrVR2v0cshAMQcmeKnAiyEqS2nAbc9ysYRCzDaPL0ZIADwMRRUs=|tkp:Bk9SR6Dz-5flZQ
