No. People use CAC as some kind of magic bean denoting a superior coin and the market pays like it is. But that's not what it claims to be. And certainly it's not providing some magic verification of low grade, even very rare coins. CAC says that they aren't second guessing the grade, they are confirming that the coin is a solid example of the marked grade (green bean) or of the next higher grade (gold bean). That's how CAC places themselves in the market: as a market-maker (we buy/sell coins) and as a validation service - this coin is solid for the grade. CAC also claims that CAC beans don't add value, but that's not how the market uses them... It's all inference, saying one thing while all the while showing CACed coins selling at superior prices in their Adverts.
