This 82D has damage on 2. Looking for possibility of Small date, smaller Top on 8, Taller Skinny We, and Thin Liberty left me still wondering. There are always shadow numbers and other things but under Liberty is a series of Numbers. Also the Leaning E in Liberty. Thoughts?
It is a Large Date. Under LIBERTY is maybe a minor Lamination. They are not numbers. Sometimes Lamination peels give it the appearance of numbers but it is not. The rest is circulation wear and tear.
