Looks like a Chinese 50 or 100 cash, not sure of the province, circa 1906-1909(?).

Szechuan Province and it shouldn't have a dragon on it.

 

They are not the same coin, maybe same country, the first two were different sizes, and the third has completely different markings than the first two.
