I'd like to share my year-end wind-ups, but the post has been very stubborn about not delivering them to me. It doesn't help that they're coming from the four corners of the earth: UAE, Austria, Portugal, and Canada.

Ummm yah, I realize that I was Mr. Premature (again, *sigh*) ... but is everybody else gonna wait until the very last minute to post their year-end threads? (maybe you should spread 'em out a bit?) ... since I'm bored and wanna hit the ol' "like-button"

 

A bit off-topic ...

=> we had an early family gift-giving last night and somebody had to dress-up as Santa and impress the 1.5 year old God-son (sadly, the kid was scared-to-death of creepy Santa stevex6) .... *rats* (I hope I haven't scarred him for life?)



.... but luckily, Mrs. Claus thought Santa was pretty cool ...

Yeah, we just got home from visiting my son in Virginia, and boy am I glad to be home. We don't do anything special any more for New Year's Eve. Generally, The wife falls asleep around 10 pm and I wake her to give her our traditional kiss at midnight. It's really exciting, eh?

Hope you have special plans for the night with your wife. It can make or break the year ahead, right?

 

Yah, things have changed during the past few years ... seems like baby-sitting the Godson is the cool thing to do lately (I love my wife and I know that she is amazingly happy when we take Andre and give her brother a break ....... I love it too)

Ummm, does everybody else have today off as well? (this is a well spent vacation-day => tying together a sweet 4-day weekend)

either way => today is a sweet ol' Friday, with nuthin' but weekend in front of me!!

I have already tossed-in 5 coin-bids!! (uh-oh, this may prove to be an expensive vacation-day?) ... perhaps I'd better step-away from the "early-bid-button"?!!

... yah, I realize that talkin' about your resolutions "might" be the kiss-of-death ... but if you are superstitious and actually believe that, then you're already screwed anyway!!
