I've enjoyed every single one of these virtual tray presentations, but for those of you may be getting a bit of virtual tray fatigue, here's my non-virtual A-Pi tray... And my non-virtual random coin pile... They're not as smart and polished as the fancy virtual trays, but I think they still have some charm. A little bit similar to the Ikea bookbook, perhaps ...
Thanks! Since you've already done the long skirt, and Bing has the sports jacket covered, I figure I will have my coin pile printed up as a cape, super-hero style.
Your non-virtual pile looks great, Z. I would do that, but I'm too lazy to take all the coins out of their flips and put them all back in.
I have most of my coins in flips, but any given time have 60 or 70 kept in a mini four-tray coin cabinet for easy access. They were the ones who ended up as models for the coin pile .
I like this owl set very much. Although I am just a Roman coin collector, I am curious about whether or not those very small coins are excessively rare.
Yes, Athenian Tetradrachms are relatively plentiful & Athenian small silver is harder to find nice condition. Doug Smith explains this in post #3 of this previous thread: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/at...e-compared-to-athena-owl-tetradrachms.241448/ ...and post #3 of this thread: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/itsy-bitsy-teeny-weenie-athens-owl-it’s-a-hemiobol.246682/
