    The second Arcadius was being sold at a bronze price so I took it. The third says Honorius but it is a Vandal imitating Ravenna mint.

    I love the last one Doug. It looks kinda chunky? Still kicking myself for not buying a lower priced one when I had the chance once.

    It is 1.5g which is good for a late siliqua but smaller diameter and thicker. I don't think it was clipped but just struck on a chunky flan. Compare:

    To me these just show that price is more a matter of who than what. Mine was $70 from Stacks and seems very typical for this series that favored the mintmark at the expense of the reverse head. Considering how ugly the nicer ones are, it could be quite possible to get a deal from a dealer not realizing that is the way they come.

    Very nice!! I unfortunately passed up on a few siliqua that I later regreted.
