Hello to those on the dark side! I mentioned being a coin collector a couple days ago and someone came and asked me recommendations for websites and sellers where they could buy ancient coins. They're looking for coins that are affordable and were used by everyday people in ancient times. I'm gathering this person would not be able to detect forgery and would like to keep the budget under $200 per coin. I can't recall all of the websites of reputable sellers I've seen in the past, so please send me some recommendations. Thank you!

Vcoins and MA-Shops are 2 of the largest platforms for coin dealers. You will be able to browse inventories from dozens of dealers in one place. Some are more expensive, others specialize in the mid and lower end. The vast majority of these dealers are well established and trustworthy. Just avoid Ebay
You can find many nice coins up for auction at CNG in that price range. Check their electronic auctions.
