Man I love me some Blur. It's too bad they're not too well known over here other than Song 2 because they really did have some good tunes...
Sallent ... thanks for deleting your awesome tune in that evil-twin thread ... => you should post if again (it really is a very cool tune) cheers, coin-bro
I thought this thread was deleted which is why I posted in the other. Weird. Anyway, the devilish Elagabalus again! And the devilish Rolling Stones song which proves they made a deal with Lucifer...they must have as they survived the sheer volume of drugs they did back then, while other great artists died doing much less.
I wanna buy a new coin ... my awesome wife went for a sleep-over at her girlfriend's place (no, it's not like that => sadly, her friend's husband died at 40 of heart disease! ... horribly sad, eh? ... this is merely an anniversary of his passing) anyway ... I may have a coin for this post later tonight? ... but if not, then here is the sweet song that I'm lovin' lately ... ... cheers to friends that have left too early
Sorry for you loss @stevex6. Yeah, 40 is too young. My best friend died last year at 66 years of age and I thought that was too young. Condolences to your wife and the wife of the your friend.
Haha. Jenny Lewis is actually pretty talented and mercurial. I have to admit that here I probably like the jacket and video concept a little better than the actual song.
Apparently, I seem to be back into researching new tunes (and new coins) ... good times!! I've stumbled across this dude ... within' a day, I've ordered two of his cd's (yah whatev, I'm still that guy without any techy-devices) ... anyway ... I'm likin' his "stuff" (yah-yah, I'm sure eveybody else knows him ... I live in the north ... there is a time delay)
Fovourite coin: Roman Republic Denarius - L. Cupiennius - 147BC. Purchased from Otago Coins in 2014. Favourite song? Windflowers by Seals and Crofts
Here we go again. These muliple posts are very weird and beyond my control! How do I delete them? Ahhhhh - brilliant. In the time it took to type this message they have dissappeared.
This one came to me while driving yesterday: a denarius by Julius Caesar.. Caesar Venus 2 by JGGonzalez posted Jan 23, 2017 at 5:31 PM Caesar Venus 1 by JGGonzalez posted Jan 23, 2017 at 5:31 PM ...and for the song, how about "Rubicon" by Journey!
