    Obverse: Draped bust of Artemis right, quiver at shoulder
    Reverse: Quiver; torch to left, uncertain object to right; A - Y, M - A, all within incuse square
    Reference: S. 5299
    Other: Nice tone

    Description: A nice denarius with clear detail

    Obverse: Helmeted and draped bust right of Vacuna, with attributes of Isis, Minerva, Apollo, Diana, and Victory; cornucopia below chin; bow and quiver on shoulder
    Reverse: Eagle perched right, head left, on thunderbolt
    Reference: Crawford 409/1; Sydenham 809; Plaetoria 4
    Other: 5h … nicely toned

    Nice Pontos Steve. I always liked this coin, because with the bashlik reminds me of early Parthian coins. I always wondered why he was wearing a bashlik, which is a traditional headpiece of central asian nomads. I still don't know why.
