This is a coin I find very interesting but I am personally afraid to buy. There are so many fakes of Apollonia coins that I'd not consider one from a dealer that I did not know with certainty was a specialist in these and honest as the day is long. This is not the most common type that was faked but the originals came from a region famous for modern fake coin production. I'm just chicken.

I have been looking for a desk recently so I don't, as my gf puts it, 'keep all my stupid coin stuff on the kitchen table'. Saw one today that I was tempted to buy but all I could think was people would confuse my pictures with yours chrsmat because it looked so similar.
