Hmmm, you may have a point there. Any suggestions? I believe that mostly it has to do with the fact that I'm using a cell phone camera and a desk lamp.
I'm only kidding mate...i tend to use blue, but I think black with photoshop or with a black backdrop is good too....all down to preference.
I'm full of opinions on this one http://www.forumancientcoins.com/dougsmith/coinphoto2011ez3.html but my #1 opinion is that the only place for a phone in photography is calling in the order for a proper camera. If budget is a major factor, I'd consider a used camera or even a simple point and shoot with a lens.
I like your opinion #1 Doug, and I am planing to buy myself a camera. However, I want a pretty nice one so it'll probably have to wait until summer. Until then I'll try experimenting with my brother's camera, that might help a bit.
