Featured Ancient: Two New Denarii

    I have had several Ex-Boston MFA coins which I sold through my store and a few which I put through our auction. They all had inventory numbers so I assume they do have a record. The question is how easily you will be able to get access to them.

    I will see if I can find out what other auctions are known of Boston MFA coins.

    Yes sir, Numismatic Fine Arts. I thought they sold the really spectacular pieces in one of their auctions twenty some years ago, but I am just going on memory. I have a run of nfa catalogs, but they are packed up with the rest of my library.

    Great pickups Whiz! I really like the Septimius Severus. Good portrait and nice reverse.
