Meh...sometimes you just have to buy a coin you like. I've been told I've overpaid numerous times on various pieces, but I'm thrilled to have them. It's only money.

Sadly, I do not have it in my hands yet........Gerda is posting from Holland so shouldn't take long. I hope it lives up to my expectations.....the photos seem clear enough. I then have a hard decision to make, keep or sell. If i decide to part with it, I'll have to keep it for long enough to enjoy. This was one of those coins which I must have viewed several hundred times over the past week on the auction site and kept getting a weird longing to own it, so ............

Hmmmm? ... JA, I occasionally test that hypothesis, but sadly, the results seem to vary considerably (luckily for YOC, in this case the coin is certainly worth the gamble)

 

I heartily disagree. Especially if your wife is anything like mine. I'm still paying almost three months later. NOTHING IS WORTH HER WRATH!!!!!!! (She who must be obeyed).
