    You all have been showing off your Tetricus l and ll, Victorinus, Postumus lately, being the stalker that i am, have been picking these up and adding them to my collection. So if you want post your Tetricus l coins or any Provenance coins you like...

    Tetricus l ..271-274..AD..
    Ae Antoninianus..
    Obv. radiate, draped and cuirrassed bust right.
    Rev. Salus standing left, holding patera, from which she feeds a serpent, arising from a small alter at left,right hand on rudder.
    Ric V part ll 126
    Cologne Mint..
    17x21mm x 2.27g. 12h

    Provenance: from the 1961 Beachy head hoard
    One Hoard 5294 late Roman Antoninians coin's, found with pottery fragments near Bulock Down,East Sussex England 1961,coins range from issues of Valerian l to Aurelian.

    Very,very nice jw, to ME the bust is the most important part of the coin, these types seem to have problems some where on the coin. your first coin has the same reverse as my next coin which is Tetricus ll that i will post later..
