Buy her complete with the swimmer on coins. I paid $6 but that was ridiculous for this coin.

 

Beautiful "Pagan" commemorative Doug. Tyche of Antioch seated facing on rocks, turreted and veiled, stalks of grain in right, river-god Orontes swimming below. Nice.

 

Doesn't the antioch byzantine coin show the full statue as well?

The coins with the river god as well are my favorite Tyche coins. Antioch has some really cool ones in roman provincial minted in the early third century.

Hey West-Eng ... I always love hearin' from ya (gettin' the ol' West Coast updates) ...

=> ummm, it was +6 degrees celcius today, so the ice/snow is finally starting to melt .... everything is dripping and the dogs are soakin' wet (cute, but soakin' wet) ...

=> sure, on one hand that is an awesome thing, right? ... but on the other hand, I have 6 month's worth of dog-poop x 2 dogs starting to surface .............. yah, "nice, eh?"
