Ancient Ottoman coin or pendant??

Hi , if found a couple of years ago with diving this coin or pendant. My guess it is old Arabic, but can anyone help me here, or knows what it is?
Is sure to know, because i am attached to it, what is the chance of finding a coin while diving

doesn't look like any ottoman coin i have seen, my guess is that it is a decorative item.................

 

To me looks more south asian.

 

I can read " sultan Ahmad khan " and minted in Konstantin

I can see it,s minted in constsntine. reading obverse is difficult for me but ahmad khan is clear
