Why are some modern numismatic publications printed in such small runs, and not reprinted?&nbsp; I&#039;m thinking of John Mellville-Jones Testimonia Numaria (2 vols), and also &quot;Greek Coins and their Values: Vol. 1&quot;--the newest edition, edited by Italo Vecchi.</p><p><br /></p><p>5.
