    hi, I have held this coin for decades, stored in various boxes over time, never giving it much thought since it was a gift given to me back in the late 70's. anyway, thoughts on authenticity? many thanks.

    I'm not an ancient guy so take this for what it's worth but it looks like a modern minted fake (or repo) compared to the ancients I've seen. As I am a fan of Roman things, I like it none the less! :)
