It is, as @NLL mentioned, a modern replica, and a rather crude one at that. Just a novelty, if a rather fancily packaged one.
Forty years ago I "invested" in Bradford Exchange collectible plates. Bad mistake. Ending up giving them away. My guess is that this series of replicas would be interesting, but very difficult to resell in the future. Steve
Yep. But garbage in nice packaging, at least. Give it to some kid, or teacher. Let 'em know that the coin is a replica, but maybe it can be decoration in a classroom or be used in a school project. It's garbage in numismatic terms, but not completely in educational terms.
