It is a coin of Caria, Knidos struck from 300-210 BCE. On the obverse is the head of Aphrodite and on the reverse is the prow of a galley with a club below. According to [USER=74431]@hoth2[/USER] this may be a coin of Genghis Khan struck from 1206-1227 CE.
