Ancient better grade Diocletian? silver, help with ID please

    I think this is Diocletian, but would love some confirmation. I'd appreciate any help steering me in the right direction. Thanks.

    Valens. SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE type. Bronze. The pic is too fuzzy to make out the mint mark.

    Sure doesn't look like Diocletian to me. Looks more like the portrait for Valens of another later emperor.
